A Spokane, Washington man (Rafael Davila), and his ex-wife (Deborah Davila), were arrested for possession top secret military documents and trying to sell them. The documents contained information about nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. The government would not discuss the exact contents of the documents, but said the secrets could be sold for millions of dollars to enemies of the United States. Until 1999, Rafael Davila was an intelligence officer in the Washington National Guard. One can only speculate about the contents of the documents, but since Davila was an intelligence officer, he would have access to secret information the U.S. has obtained on what other nations are doing with these weapons.
