In a major setback for the International Space Station (predicted by FYEO), the Russians have admitted that problems with their Proton boosters will delay the launch of the Zvezda (Star) module until August. Expected this spring, the module has already been delayed 18 months by Russian mis-management and lack of funds.--Stephen V Cole
