Ukraine expects to complete the ex-Soviet heavy cruiser Admiral Lobov in November 2000. Renamed Ukraina, the 11,000-ton missile cruiser will become the Ukrainian Navy's flagship and largest unit. The ship will carry a Kamov Ka-25 helicopter, a battery of SS-N-12 anti-ship missiles, as well as SA-N-4 and SA-N-6 anti-aircraft missiles.--Stephen V Cole
