NATO has activated its sixth rapid mobilization corps, this one based in Italy. The corps includes one British and one Italian divisions, plus Italian airmobile and signals brigades and Italian support units. In time of war, the corps might be given one or two other divisions from other NATO countries such as Spain, Greece, or Turkey.--Stephen V Cole
