LRA leader Joesph Kony is now suspected to be in the Kitgum area, with about 300 fighters and 600 captives. Locals fear that they may carry the Ebola virus. World Health Organization biologists arrived in the border region to establish exactly what illness killed at least seven people in Sudan in the past two weeks. Health officials in Kitgum believe the real death toll is 45 and say that all the symptoms - fever, diarrhea and vomiting blood - are characteristic of Ebola. If confirmed, it would be the region's third outbreak in as many years. - Adam Geibel
