Violence in Kashmir left ten dead.

In Pakistan, while the police are arresting and trying men for terrorist acts, it has been noted that the suspects are from organizations that have not been heard of before. Meanwhile, the men leading well established terrorist organizations have been left alone. The government is under international, and local, pressure to crack down on the terrorist attacks within Pakistan. But to attack terrorist organizations known for operations in Kashmir would likely backfire and cause civil unrest.
